Refund Policy
Defective or Incorrect Product Returns
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Return authorisation requires emailing hello@easy-stow.com. Upon inspection, Easy-Stow will provide either a replacement or refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued less any applicable restocking fee.
Return Shipping
Customers bear all return shipping expenses. Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting returned products, refunds are issued to the original payment method if conditions are satisfied. Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee where applicable.

Payment Requirement
Payment must be made in full upon receipt of the invoice. Orders are only processed after full payment has been verified.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment options include bank transfer and credit card as specified on invoices.
Currency and International Payments
All transactions are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for any exchange rate fees and bank charges associated with international payments.
Order Confirmation
Once payment has been received in full, Easy-Stow will confirm your order via email.
Late Payments
Orders may be cancelled without notice if payment delays occur. Repeated late payments may affect future ordering.
Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation requests received after payment confirmation will be handled at Easy-Stow's discretion.
